Kununu, a subsidiary of Xing, is the pioneering employer review platform that champions transparency in the job market. Its mission is to provide authentic workplace insights that are valuable to job seekers, employees, and companies alike. Kununu sought to refresh its identity and differentiate itself from competitors, while maintaining its reputation for transparency and trust. The company wanted to stay relevant in a fast-evolving market and communicate its values more effectively.

I worked closely with Kununu’s creative team and Kids Agency to lead an internal brand audit. This process involved in-depth research, analysis, and a comprehensive rebranding strategy. We focused on refining the brand’s visual language and messaging to align with its core values and resonate with a diverse audience.
