Corporate Rebrand
Kununu, a subsidiary of Xing, is the original employer review platform dedicated to transparency in the job market, providing workplace insights for job seekers, employees, and companies. To keep their presence fresh and stand out from competitors like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, Kids Agency was tasked with conducting a full internal brand audit, competitor analysis, and rebranding effort.

Approach
Veronika conducted initial research, including competitor and audience analyses, and developed detailed personas to better understand Kununu’s positioning. She planned and led early-stage workshops to shape the foundation of the brand’s new identity. Using the evolution of the wordmark “ununu” as a core visual element, she established a distinctive look and feel. Veronika created a flexible grid structure and an adaptable icon library, ensuring the brand’s scalability across print and digital media. Centralized templates built on these grid rules allowed the brand to grow alongside the business. Results
