Challenge

The challenge was to create a brand identity and campaign that would appeal to a diverse range of businesses while fostering a sense of community. In a competitive market saturated with standard product-led marketing, Coburg Industries needed a unique strategy to differentiate itself and showcase the benefits of warehouse office spaces.

Approach

The strategy emphasized the adaptability of warehouse offices by focusing on the diverse businesses they support and the sense of community they foster. It showcased business diversity through imaginative AI-generated imagery, enhanced development renders with collaborative, community-focused visuals, and implemented a digital and out-of-home advertising campaign to direct audiences to a central sales website. On-site branding proposals included wayfinding, welcome packs, and events to further build community engagement.

Results

The campaign successfully highlighted the project’s unique value, generating positive engagement and inquiries. nThe people-focused strategy effectively distinguished Coburg Industries, showcasing how innovative branding can foster community and attract diverse businesses.
